An introduction to fascinating world of fungi and the art of mushroom farming- fungiculture. You will discover what mushrooms are, the importance of mushrooms for us and our planet, how important mushrooms are in restoration of our soil. Bea & Mario will share with you how community mushroom farming can shift from sustainable to regenerative, restorative agriculture rejuvenating the soil and all ecosystems that rely on it. Types of fungi in cultivation and cultivating techniques.

HOW TO FIND US:
You’ll find our entrance hiding just off the cycle path (Speirs Bruce Way) running between the old Scottish Gas HQ and West Shore Road.
There is one small composting toilet in the garden, but no running water.
Dogs on leads are welcome.
Entry is completely free, but donations are greatly appreciated.
You can hire us for private and public events, we collaborate with charities and communities around Scotland who promote well-being in the Nature.
